Cancellation Policy
Trainees are eligible for a 100% Refund if cancellation occurs 30+ days before course date, or if trainees have a documented medical emergency*, or if Needledriver cancels the course. Trainees are eligible for a 50% refund if cancellation occurs 15-29 days before the course or if a trainee transfers from current course to future course**. Trainees will not be eligible for any refund if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the course, if they no-show for the course or if they have partial attendance for the course.
*Medical emergencies are reviewed case-by-case with documentation. All requests must be in writing to [email protected].
**One course transfer allowed (15+ days’ notice) and individual must pay a $150 transfer fee. The transfer must be used within 6 months. Additional transfers are 25% course fee.
